    is the game out yet? if not, when?

    sorry for any competence, but i looked at the news feed, didnt see any message saying "open beta" or "release" and i dont have the time to read every thread. "penguin spotted in british isles" thread seemed to show a ingame screenshot.
    so is there a beta out? is it released? closed beta? whats the deal?

    The target release date is sometime in the summer of 2013, but it might be a little after that. I'm not a dev so I don't know when the planned beta is but I'd imagine shortly before that.
