A question... well more of a request, really: Are there any plans for a Proteus-style mode where there's no enemies? The player can just wander around, enjoying the sights + sounds and soaking it all...
I'm hoping they go for something procedurally generated, in keeping with the rest of the game. Maybe some minimalist ambient type stuff which changes mood depending on what's going on.
I think a compass is definitely needed, but I'm not sold on the Bethesda style strip at the top. I'd rather it be a proper old-timey pocket compass like this one.
